She was taking all the right steps. She had the passion, the training, the website. And yet something was quietly, persistently working against her.
Lauren had known from a young age what she wanted — to understand human potential and share it with others through coaching and teaching. She pursued it with everything she had. But the business stayed small. The clients were few. She found herself babysitting to pay her room hire and business cards, disillusioned but not quite able to see why.
Her business name was "Results with Lauren." Looking back, she knows now she felt embarrassed by it. It didn't feel like her — but she couldn't pinpoint why. A parent of one of the children she cared for received her card and asked: "Oh, are you a maths tutor?" And still she kept the name. Such is the nature of our blind spots.
Then came the weekend that changed everything. At a training called the Passion and Purpose Coaching workshop, Lauren discovered something she had never encountered before: her archetypes. For the first time, she understood not just what she did, but who she fundamentally was.
"I had found myself. I had a feeling life was going to get so much better. And sure enough, it did."
That weekend, Lauren learned about the three authentic soul archetypes and her talent archetype — the unique order of energies that, when followed, create what is known as the Genius Flow. She immediately changed her business name to Love Life with Lauren. The tagline came easily. The message aligned. And for the first time, her work felt like a full expression of who she truly was.
She then went on to do the Masculine and Feminine Coaching training, where she cleared a belief she hadn't even known she was carrying: that the man in a relationship should be the primary earner. The moment that resolved, her side hustle became her full-time life. It has supported her ever since.
Today Lauren runs the Intuitive Heart Training Academy — a training school built around the same work that changed her life. The name itself is intentional. Everything about how she teaches is aligned with who she is and what she has lived. That is the only way she knows how to teach.
To me, this work is one aspect of my spiritual understanding and practice. Spirituality means to me a way we stay in awe and in connection with our most true and powerful selves, whilst also being connected to something greater than ourselves.
