I'm Lauren

My biggest driver for the last 20 years has been to inspire you to create a conscious & purposeful life.

I yearn for you to cherish & honour yourself in deeply understanding who you are.

I wholeheartedly believe that when we know our soul’s purpose & we remember our heart’s intentions, daily, we can nurture ourselves through the ups & downs of life and create a life we absolutely love.

This is my Soul Purpose: To guide you to love yourself among all your “mistakes”, comparisons, “should be’s” and judgments.

I have dedicated my life to this mission, just ask my friends, clients, students and my incredible husband who has seen me through it all.

Since 2005, I’ve been helping people understand the power of their minds and unlock the truth of who they are. My journey began as a teenager, overcoming years of chronic pain—not with medication, but by uncovering and releasing an unconscious belief that had been running my life…

Our Mission

At Intuitive Heart Training Academy, our mission is to give every human being the resources and resourcefulness to have choice in creating their future how they want to.

We uphold our values in respecting everyone’s map of the world and continue to celebrate diversity and equal opportunities. I am committed to building a business that is racially diverse, equitable and inclusive. I will do this by making sure my services deliver on these values with my student and client experience.

I commit to ongoing donations to marginalised groups and to spend my money mindfully on businesses where it benefits women of colour where I can. I make sure I continue to be educated such as learning and receiving feedback from Racial Equity Coach, Annie Gichuru. I know there are times I will make mistakes because I am human and on a journey to unlearn and re-learn. I'm dedicated to doing better.

Where does the training take place?

We offer both face to face in Brisbane & Sydney and live online training. For each service we have more information on what we offer, including if it's held live online or in person.

Who are these trainings for?

For those who want to experience these life changing modalities for their own lives.

A bonus is these are also certification trainings that meet international standards so they can be certifications in becoming a coach and practitioner with the right insurance. And we help you get the insurance too so you have everything you need to create a business in helping others.

What kind of work do you actually do?

I help you clear the inner patterns holding you back—whether it’s self-sabotage, self-sacrifice, or subconscious blocks around love, success, or purpose. Through deep coaching, world-class certifications, and soul-based trainings, I guide you back to who you truly are.

What makes your coaching and training different?

I blend ancient wisdom with evidence-based coaching psychology. Everything I teach is lived, embodied, and deeply integrated—not just intellectual. My trainings are emotionally intelligent, spiritually aligned, and grounded in transformation—not hype.

What’s your approach to teaching and facilitation?

I create sacred, high-integrity spaces where you feel seen, held, and called forward. Whether you’re learning NLP or exploring leadership, you’ll be met with care, clarity, and reverence. This work is not transactional—it’s transformational.

Who teaches the training?

Most of the Training you see on this website is taught by Lauren Jobson or one of the amazing Trainers Lauren has had the pleasure of teaching. All of our trainers are experienced, compassionate and get raving reviews from our students.

Do I need to be a coach to work with you?

Not at all. Many come for personal healing and end up becoming powerful practitioners. Others come already certified, but crave deeper mastery. Whether you’re here to evolve yourself or lead others—you’re welcome.

I’ve done a lot of courses and coaching before… will this be any different?

Yes—because we don’t just talk about mindset. We go into the subconscious. Into the body. Into the inherited patterns and archetypes that shape your identity. This is about sustainable, soul-led change—not surface-level fixes.

Which program or path is right for me?

That depends on your intention. If you're healing or starting out, Your Choice to Stop Self-Sabotage is a powerful entry point. In fact, I, Lauren, the owner of this company have two young daughters so I know first hand what it is like to integrate our passions, study, careers and family life.
