We are committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, and transformational education experiences.

For selected programs, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of your first payment unless otherwise stated on the specific program sales page.

• Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@laurenjobson.com within 30 days of your first payment.
• Refund requests received after the applicable refund period are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
• If a refund is approved, access to online materials, recordings, bonuses, certifications, and resources will cease upon processing of the refund.

• Payment plans remain payable in full, regardless of attendance, participation, completion, personal circumstances, or usage of the program materials, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
• If you are unable to attend live training, you may be offered access to recordings or future training dates at our discretion where applicable.

• Watching recordings alone may not qualify participants for certification or practitioner status where live participation requirements apply.
• Certification is only issued once all payment obligations and course requirements have been completed.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

By participating in our coaching, training, retreats, workshops, certifications, or online programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating and accept responsibility for your own decisions, wellbeing, actions, and results.
• Our programs are educational, personal-development, and coaching-based in nature.
• Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
• If you have physical, psychological, emotional, or mental health concerns, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice and support before participating.
• Results vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, business success, relationship outcomes, emotional breakthroughs, or personal transformation results.

By enrolling in a program, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Ensure payment details remain current for payment plans.
• Complete all payments on time.

Late or failed payments may result in:

• suspension of access to materials or certifications,
• removal from the program,
• reasonable recovery costs and administration fees where applicable.

If you cannot attend a live event, retreat, or training:

• You may request a transfer to a future intake where available.
• Transfer requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative or rebooking fees.

If we need to reschedule or cancel a training:

• Participants will be offered an alternative date, credit, transfer, or refund where appropriate.

We are not responsible for flights, accommodation, travel costs, loss of income, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

We value professionalism, ethics, and respectful communication.

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in writing at hello@laurenjobson.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Where appropriate, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution and mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

All payments made for the Curraweena House Retreat are non-refundable, regardless of personal circumstances, illness or change of mind, due to the non-refundable nature of the associated retreat costs.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer the value of your payment as a credit toward an eligible training or private coaching with Lauren Jobson (IHTA). This credit is valid for 24 months from the date of the original retreat, minus a transfer fee of $1,000 due to the nature of the non-refundable expenses of the retreat.

Any request to transfer must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the retreat.

You may nominate another eligible participant to take your place at the retreat if you are unable to attend, provided this is done no later than 14 days prior to the retreat and is approved in writing by Lauren Jobson (IHTA).

If the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by Lauren Jobson (IHTA) — such as venue disruption, illness or government restrictions — your payment will be held as a full credit toward a future retreat or training experience.

Lauren Jobson (Love Life with Lauren and/or Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd) is engaged in the business of mentoring, coaching and training in Life Coaching, NLP, Matrix Therapies and Archetypal Coaching including Passion and Purpose Coaching, Masculine and Feminine Coaching and Matrix Therapies, and business development techniques.

By enrolling, you engage Lauren Jobson (IHTA) to provide these services as part of the programs specified in this agreement in the form of webinars, audio and/or visual presentations, and periodic personal coaching, mentoring, training and evaluation.

Lauren Jobson (IHTA) agrees to provide these services conditional on receipt of all associated program fees.

You agree that any material, contents or information are protected by trademark and copyright laws and may not be used without prior permission from the appropriate parties. You agree not to record any content.

If any text, audio or visual content is recorded by IHTA, you agree that no compensation will be paid to you for any products or revenues, or any other value derived from these recordings. You understand that you give permission to IHTA to use any content, recordings of your image or voice, to produce further non-revenue or revenue-generating products or services, and you will not be recompensed for this.

You commit and agree to participate in all components faithfully and ecologically to the best of your ability. You further agree to gain maximum benefit by attending all scheduled sessions.

In no event will Lauren Jobson (IHTA) be liable to you or any party related to you for any damages, loss or liabilities. You agree to release and hold harmless Lauren Jobson (IHTA), their agents, representatives, employees, coaches, mentors and trainers for the results of any portion of this program in which you voluntarily participate.

You warrant, represent and agree to hold any confidential information from the parties in trust and confidence, and avoid the disclosure or release to any person or entity by using the same degree of care as you use to avoid the disclosure or release of your own confidential information.

The following terms apply to Love Life with Lauren and Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd.

The goods and/or services shall be as described on the invoices and enrolment forms or any other work commencement forms as provided by IHTA to the buyer.

1. The price shall be as indicated on the website provided by IHTA to the buyer in respect of goods and/or services supplied.
2. Time for payment for the goods and/or services shall be of the essence and will be stated on the invoice, enrolment forms or payment plan forms.
3. All prices include GST.

1. Interest on overdue invoices and payment plans shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due at a daily rate of 2.5% per day until the date of payment, and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment. Each late payment will incur a $30 late fee.
2. If the buyer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the buyer shall indemnify IHTA from and against all costs and disbursements including solicitor and all other costs of debt collection.
3. Rearrangement of payment plans will incur a $50 fee.

Certificates of completion and qualification shall not be passed onto the buyer until:

• The buyer has paid all amounts owing for the particular service or goods.
• The buyer has met all other obligations due to IHTA in respect of all contracts and agreements between the buyer and IHTA.

Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia).

You agree for IHTA to obtain from a credit-reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about you in relation to credit provided by IHTA.

You agree that IHTA may exchange information about you with credit providers for the following purposes:

• To assess an application by you
• To notify other credit providers of a default by you
• To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where you are in default with other credit providers
• To assess the credit worthiness of the buyer

You consent to IHTA being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit (Section 18K(1)(h) Privacy Act 1988).

You agree that personal data provided may be used and retained by IHTA for the following purposes:

• Provision of goods and/or services
• Marketing of goods and/or services by IHTA, its agents or distributors
• Analysing, verifying and/or checking your credit, payment and/or status in relation to the provision of goods and/or services
• Processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by you
• Enabling the daily operation of your account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in relation to goods and/or services

IHTA may give information about you to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:

• To obtain a consumer credit report about you
• To allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you
